Terms of Service

By accessing or using LeadRelay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Continued use of LeadRelay after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For information about how we handle personal data, please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

LeadRelayis an AI receptionist service designed for home-service contractors. The service handles missed inbound calls, qualifies leads, books estimate appointments, and sends follow-up SMS messages on the contractor’s behalf using a Twilio-provisioned phone number.

Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis. LeadRelay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.

As a contractor using LeadRelay, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding, including your service area, hours, and pricing.
• Not use the service for any illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or spam purposes, including sending unsolicited commercial messages.
• Comply with all applicable telecom regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
• Ensure that your end-customer leads have consented to receive SMS messages before LeadRelay contacts them on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for your use of the service and for any content configured in your account, including custom messaging, business descriptions, and lead qualifications criteria.

LeadRelay sends SMS messages on the contractor’s behalf using a Twilio-provisioned phone number assigned to the contractor’s account. Message frequency varies based on lead activity.

• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the lead’s carrier and plan.
• Leads can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Opt-outs are processed automatically and immediately.
• Contractors can opt out of LeadRelay system notifications (e.g., daily lead summaries, account alerts) by emailing quoterevive-2@polsia.app.

When paid tiers become available, billing will be as described on the pricing page. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions:

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• LeadRelay reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice to existing subscribers.
• Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at quoterevive-2@polsia.app.

LeadRelay may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or any applicable law or regulation.

Upon termination, your contractor data is retained according to the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy, then permanently deleted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• LeadRelay is not liable for missed leads, failed bookings, unanswered calls, or any downstream business losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
• LeadRelay’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is capped at the total fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
• LeadRelay has no liability for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party carriers (including Twilio), network outages, or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
